Paul A. Clark

Paul A. Clark is “Of Counsel” to the firm and is located in the Auburn office.  Paul grew up in Oxford, Alabama and is a graduate of Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.  He practiced in the law firms of Hill, Hill, Carter, Franco, Cole & Black, P.C. and Balch & Bingham, LLP where he was a partner from 2007 to 2011.  Paul served in several leadership positions in the Montgomery County Bar Association, including a term as its President in 2010.  He is also a graduate of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.  He has focused his practice exclusively on civil litigation and has extensive experience in all areas of trial and appellate work.  Paul has specialized experience in representing both companies and individuals in environmental disputes, in representing water and sewer providers, and in large-scale lawsuits such as class action and mass action.

Mr. Clark focuses his practice on environmental litigation, products liability, and commercial litigation. His trial and appellate experience span the full scope of these practice areas. Mr. Clark has represented a wide variety of manufacturers and distributors in claims of injury due to allegedly defective products, including autos, pharmaceuticals, and aircraft. Mr. Clark currently serves as lead counsel for a large municipal water works board in the litigation of territorial rights to provide domestic water service. Through the litigation of several mass nuisance cases, Mr. Clark has also gained specialized experience in industrial noise pollution claims. Mr. Clark is a past president of the Montgomery County Bar Association and is a graduate of the Alabama State Bar's Leadership Forum.
